The UTSA Libraries are proud to preserve the legacies of San Antonio and South Texas through our growing collection of rare books, personal papers, photographs, and other one-of-a-kind primary resources.
Several collections have been digitized and can be searched, viewed and downloaded from this site. The digitization process is ongoing, and new collections are added as they become available.
Included in these collections are materials from the Institute of Texan Cultures, UTSA's cultural heritage museum noted for its rich photography archive, as well as the university's own archives.
Visit the UTSA Libraries' Special Collections website to learn more and to search the catalog for information on those collections not yet digitized.
Digitized collection materials are accessible for educational and personal research purposes. If you are the copyright owner of material found in our digital catalog and believe UTSA has used the work beyond fair use and without permission, we want to hear from you. Please use our Copyrighted Material Takedown Request Form to submit your request.
